The battery is not included because it does not hold a charge for very long. I could include it, but it runs the cost of the postage up because of the weight. Should someone want it, let me know BEFORE buying so I can change the postage cost. I would throw it in for free except for increased cost of shipping. It is used and the outside shows that as shown in the pictures.
